Price Investigators, LLC was founded to fill a specific gap in the claims process — independent, technically qualified inspection of window and door damage with findings that adjusters can actually use.
Our Mission
Insurance adjusters face a fundamental challenge: when a property owner or contractor says windows need to be replaced, how do you know if that's accurate? Most inspection firms are generalists, while window and door damage often requires specialized product knowledge, manufacturer research, and an understanding of available repair and replacement options.
Price Investigators was built to provide that specialized expertise. We evaluate the damaged components, identify the products involved, research available repair and replacement options, and document our findings so adjusters have the information needed to make informed claim decisions. Our conclusions are based on the conditions observed, available documentation, manufacturer information, and applicable industry standards.
