In addition to our inspection and consulting services, Price Investigators provides property insurance appraisal services when the appraisal process is invoked under a policy.
Price Investigators can serve as a named appraiser, evaluating disputed scopes and costs, reviewing competing estimates and pricing, working with the opposing appraiser to reach agreement when possible, and participating in the umpire process when an agreement cannot be reached.
